BleiD stands for "Bluetooth Low Energy Interaction Device", which also explains what I have created in my bachelor thesis. It consisted of a Raspberry Pi that scanned devices in the area using Bluetooth Low Energy, gather information about these devices and detects those that are supported for interaction. One of such an example device was a Bluetooth Low Energy hub for Philips Hue Light I created to test the system with. An Android application was also built to interact with and manage the devices through BleiD. The application would connect directly to the BleiD using its ip or domain name, so it would still be possible to connect and interact with home devices, even when away.
