Living Lab AR/MR for Industry 4.0

This project is funded by the Flanders Innovation & Entrepeneurship and aims towards educating and advicing companies within Flanders to invest in and start making use of Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality and Mixed Reality solutions.

Within this project, demonstrators are shown at self-organised events (the living labs) and at other locations for companies to see and inquire upon.

Interested companies then have the opportunity to contact the living lab partnered institutes to request more information and guidance on how to start using these technologies.

To further support this process, a Wiki of currently existing AR software and hardware solutions has also been created.

Within this project, I have three main roles:

• Establish and maintain the AR/MR Wiki.
• Create demonstrators and show them to companies visiting the events what AR has to offer them.
• Meet companies personally and advice them what AR solutions best suits their business.
